Delivery times and info
We use The Courier Guy for most of our deliveries and courier fees are calculated based on the specified delivery address and the parcel weight/size.
Free delivery
Gauteng deliveries are free of charge for orders of R2000.00 and more.
Deliveries to all other South African provinces are free of charge for R2500.00 and more.
Free delivery is only valid for the economic road freight option and for parcels weighing less than 100kg.
If your parcel weighs more than 100kg, we will contact you with the additional amount to be settled.
Collection from Hasso Store is always free of charge.
Delivery times
Following payment, your order will be ready for dispatch in 2-3 working days.
Once your order is ready for dispatch:
- if you selected the Courier my order option during checkout, a courier will collect your order and a tracking link will be shared with you via email and/or WhatsApp; or
- if you selected the I'll send my own courier to collect option or the I'll collect at Hasso Store's facility option during checkout, we will notify you that your order is ready for collection via email and/or WhatsApp.
In the event that you selected the Courier my order option during checkout, delivery can be expected in 2-3 working days after the couriers have collected your order. Outlying/regional deliveries may take longer and may be subject to surcharge fees—in the event that additional surcharge fees are applicable, we will contact you to notify you of the amount due.
